An unforgettable experience in the Sahara Desert!

I came to Morocco primarily to see the desert. And the tour with this group and my CEO Hamza gave me much more than I expected. Although it was a rather short trip, it really was an outstanding experience which I will never forget.

I would (and have) recommended a trek to the Sahara Desert to anyone. It was an amazing experience with lots of new things to try. I am currently addicted to dates - I'm eating about 10 a day still. I hosted a 5 course Moroccan dinner for some friends and will forever to grateful we had this opportunity to see beautiful Morocco and experience a couple of nights in the Sahara Desert.

This tour was fantastic, it was a real escape from every day life.

Loved the trip through the mountains and the (green) desert and a very good guide that provided several photo stops and nice places to eat. Ouarzazate (and surroundings) was a bit disappointing. Hotel had a nice garden with swimming pool though. Guess it will be great there when warmer. Night in desert base camp was cold. Very nice van to travel with.

Seeing Morocco on this Sahara Discovery tour is one of the best decisions I've made. It's real tourism to be guided by a local who is connected to the people and the land, through various smaller towns and villages. Morocco is beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed it - grateful OneTrip Morocco has made this experience accessible whilst supporting the local community. This will not be my last OneTrip Morocco tour!

Jaouad was a great host with a really good sense of how much information to share combined with ensuring we were having a good time. The tour was well organized with clear daily instruction. We loved the variety of activities and enjoyed the other people on our tour. The other staff were great especially the cooks and were impressed with the great meals they provided. Great experience, the desert is a beautiful place, 2 hours on a camel is a bit long. I have ridden camels before and know that they have an unusual rhythm / gait, but 2 hours even with a break is -- wow !

About as good as it gets for 5 fast budget days in the late winter desert - I learned so much from our CEO and the other participants and will remember it for years to come.
